Cozy apartment with renovated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Excellent heating, quiet and perfectly located.
Only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and only few steps from subway station.
There are several local restaurants around with great food and reasonable prices. Also there is supermarket just across the road.
Christoph was very helpful and welcoming host. He provided us with a baby bed, accepted earlier check in and arranged a transfer to airport with baby chair.
Highly recommended.

My family and I spent 5 night in this flat in July 2013. Our experience was entirely positive. Communication was timely and clear, the flat was very clean, simply decorated and well-stocked (which says a lot coming from us), and the location was convenient to see the city. Christoph and Angela provided a crib and high chair for our toddler, and the flat was easy to childproof. There are several supermarkets and restaurants right outside the flat, including decent pizza on the ground floor of the building (for the parents out there). We were also pleased by the quietness of the flat despite having the windows open most of the time. Overall, a great flat to explore Vienna from, especially with children of any age.

Christoph nous a accueilli avec simplicité et confiance, nous avons eu un très bon contact dès nos échanges par mail et cela s''est confirmé quand nous l''avons rencontré. L''appartement est très agréable et tout à fait conforme à ce qui était présenté dans le descriptif. Nous y avons accédé par taxi depuis l''aéroport, et ensuite tout s''est fait à pieds ou en métro (accès très proche). Le logement est très bien isolé, la rue ne s''entend pas du tout. Bref des conditions idéales pour profiter au maximum de la ville en toute sérénité!
