Liebe Familie Lipinsky,
trotz einiger Umstände bezüglich einer verspäteten Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich (fast mitten in der Nacht) von Herrn Lipinsky in Empfang genommen.
Die Wohnung in der Praterstraße hatte für uns die optimale Lage, um Wien zu erkunden. U-Bahn-Station direkt vor dem Haus, Parkplatz fürs Auto bequem mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen und die Wohnung selber sehr schön un dzweckmäßig eingerichtet. Erstaunlich, wie ruhig diese Stadtwohnung ist! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This apartment perfectly suited our family of four, with two young kids. It's in a great local neighborhood by the metro, near good cafes and shops, and an easy walk to the Praterstern park and amusement center. There's a small playground around the block as well. The flat itself is well-kept, with good appliances, comfortable beds, and a nice view of the streetscene. The owner was pleasant, responsive, organized, and helpful. We would certainly recommend this to our family/friends and would happily stay there again ourselves.

Not to far from mainline transportation, great restaurants, easy to get to sites we wanted to see. Adorable apartment with all amenities. Our host was unable to meet us, but his F-in-L Axel was delightful and made sure we felt at home before he left. Would definitely recommend!

Optimal in der Nähe von U-/S-Bahn-Stationen gelegen und selbst fußläufig ist das Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Bäckereien und Supermärkte liegen nahe bei. Schon in der Vorbereitung netter Kontakt zum Vermieter mit vielen nützlichen Infos. Die Ausstattung läßt nichts vermissen und ist sehr gut. Rundum - nur weiter zu empfehlen.
