Holiday and business apartment Vienna - closed
Dear guests, we stopped renting out our apartment to tourist with beginning of 2020. There are some new town laws which makes it hard to impossible to stay with our businiess. So I would say thank you for all the years you are staying with us and I hope you will find some other nice spot for your coming holidays in Vienna.

Apartment Vienna
Our holiday apartment got an excellent connection to the public traffic and the historic center of Vienna is just a few minutes to walk. We have very fast connections by public transportation's to the UN headquarter Vienna (IAEA), the new University of Economics and the Main University of Vienna. Short stays (minimum 3 nights) and long stays are possible. Thanks for your interest! Angela & Christoph
Surroundings
Through the central apartment location of our holiday property, there is a lot discover. So the Prater with its large park areas is only 5-10 minutes away by walking and also the big ferry wheel can be found there. Towards the city center which can be reached within 10 minutes, you will find many shops and restaurants invite you to stop bye.
Restaurants and Grocery Stores
In the immediate vicinity of our holiday apartment in Vienna you will find numerous shopping opportunities, cafes and restaurants. Special practically are the bakers which are opened at Sunday mornings, the proximity to the metro stations U1- Nestroyplatz or U2- Taborstraße and the beautiful parks of the Prater and the Augarten which can be reached in a few minutes by walking.
