This holiday accommodation and business apartment in central Vienna is suitable for up to 6 guests. It has two separated rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and anteroom. The full size is 64 square metres. Through it's central location in Vienna it suits optimal for city travellers, for a visit to the Vienna fair or for people who work for the UNO. The holiday rental is located at the second floor and the house has a an elevator. A subway station named "U1 Nestroyplatz" is in front of the house. This makes it very ease for the guest to access all kinds of public transportation's. A car is not necessary! Please have a look through the photos to get an impression.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. The prices are excl. 3.2% tourism tax. No other additional fee will be added. Kids until an age of 2 years are free. If your stay will last longer then 10 nights we can make you a special offer. The prices above are calculated for a minimum stay of 5 nights. For bookings shorter then 5 nights we add 8,- EUR per night "short-booking fee". Variations depending on booking position or events like Easter/Xmass/New Year and Fairs are possible.
Apartment Surroundings
In the middle of Vienna, between Ferris Wheel and St. Stephan, you can find or modern and cosy furnished holiday rental. It's located in the middle of the "Praterstraße" at Nestroyplatz. The 1st district with all well-known sights can easily be reached by walking (5 min.)! But also the subway station is located next to the house at Nestroyplatz. That subway (U1) will take you to Stephansplatz in only 3 minutes. At our holiday and business apartment you can enjoy central location and best connections to the public transportation's.
Nightlife
For all of you who want to enjoy the nightlife in Vienna, we could recommend the "Bermuda Triangle" at the Schwedenplatz. It's only 10 minutes to walk from the apartment and there are bars with live music and discos as well as exotic and Viennese restaurants were you can sit down, have a glass of vine and let the day pass again.
Cycling in Vienna
Vienna got well developed and safe cycling tracks and the town provides tourist and citizens with a bike rental service which is really cheap and easy to access. One of these rental stations is 40 meters from the house. It's a lot of fun to explore a new city by cycling, isn't it? more
