Arrival by Plane, Car or Train

Arrival and hand over of keys

We try to take care on your individual arrival time. As long as there are no overlapping bookings at the same day it works quite well. In any case please let us know your mobile/phone number.

• Check-In
  

  between 14:30-19:30 o'clock: We wait for you at the apartment and give you informations concerning the surrounding infrastructure as well as answers to your questions.

• Check-Out

  until 10:00 in the morning: If your flight goes late the same day, there is the possibility to store your luggage at the apartment. This is only an option if there are no overlapping bookings.

Arrival by Plane

The Airport "Wien-Schwechat" is located 25 km east of the city. There are several options to reach the apartment:

• City Airport Train

  The CAT is a special airport train. They provide some very useful services like an early check in in Vienna and fast transfers to the airport. The train goes every 30 minutes. The time you need if choosing the CAT is aprox. 45-65 minutes (if you catch the first train). more
  
  

• S7 Local trains
  

  You can also use the local train S7. Tickets are much more cheaper and the train station "Praterstern" is only 400 meters from apartment Prater and approx. 800 meters from apartment Novara. You can walk this distance easily ore use the subway U2 to apartment Novara and U1 to apartment Prater for only one stop each. Please have a look at the picture above or download the bigger PDF map.

Arrival by Car

The Vienna inner districts are short parking areas (from 09:00 to 22:00). So it’s only possible to park your car in the nearby area at weekends or on public holidays for free.

The alternative possibilities are to park your car near the U1 Subway station "Alte Donau" or to use parking garages (see map below).

Park and Ride

A further option is the "Park and Ride" car parks on the outskirts. These are are very cheap but a little further away. Depending on the apartment booked there are the following options:

• Apartment Praterstraße: Parkhaus U1 Anderklaaer Straße, is located on the subway line U1, address: Julius-Ficker-Straße 92, 1210 Wien
